Believe and Inspire, through its network of donors, volunteers and partners, is changing lives one at a time. We aspire to turn compassion into action so  that disadvantaged youths are skilled to handle  their lives successfully after they leave foster care.  We believe that each child deserves a fair chance to lead an empowered life and not end up homeless.
